Handcrafted by Di Saro' Marco in the Italian Labortemporis laboratory located in France.

this surgical scalpel was used for operation, the original was found in Rimini, Italy.

the blade is totally hand-made, replaceable in hardened iron 

the plate was used to moove inside the cut if necessary or to use as spatula for ointements or other.
